Where do you ship from? 

We ship from Lagos, Nigeria via DHL to anywhere in the world. Wherever you are, we've got you covered! Please note that customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the receiver. Unfortunately, these fees are outside of our control.

How long does it take to make my wig?
All our wigs are made to order. Processing times vary depending on the style. Please visit our Shipping Policy for full details.

Can I pay for express shipping? 

No, we no longer offer express shipping. 

Are Mane by Niro wigs custom made?

Yes! We custom-craft each wig to your vision, so we need time to create your dream piece.

How much is it to have a custom colour? 

Custom color pricing includes your choice of the Noir Straight or Noir Wavy  or your desired texture plus a color service starting at $200.

Do you colour wigs other than Mane by Niro wigs? 

No that is not a service we will ever offer. 

Do you offer payment installment plans? 

Yes! You can use either Shop Pay or Paypal for installment plans. If your country doesn't offer installment plans, please email us, and we will craft a custom payment plan for you.


Do I need to glue or spray down my Mane by Niro wigs? 

If you buy a closure wig from us, you will never need to. However, you may need to with a frontal wig. 

Do you sell bundles? 

We sell bundles only as a special request. Email us for bundle options.
