PROCESSING TIME

All units are made to order. The estimated timelines are:

• Natural & Tailored Hues: 20–25 business days before shipment
• Design Your Own Custom Wig: 25–30 business days before shipment

CUSTOM COLOR DISCLAIMER

All custom-colored units are individually hand-colored by Mane by Niro. Due to the handmade nature of the coloring process, slight variations in tone, dimension, or placement may occur from unit to unit. While every effort is made to match the advertised color as closely as possible, no two custom-colored wigs will be exactly identical.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders ship from Lagos, Nigeria via DHL and require a signature upon delivery.

• Nigeria: 1–3 business days
• USA: 3-6 business days
• Other countries: 3-6 business Days
  

Once an order is shipped, Mane by Niro is not liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Mane by Niro is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, and duties. Please check with your local customs office prior to ordering. Note: packages may be labeled "synthetic hair" on the waybill to minimize fees, though this is not guaranteed to reduce charges.

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier delays. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.
