If you prefer a customized fit,  please include your specific head measurements in the notes section when ordering.

If you prefer a hand-sewn wig  instead of our standard machine-sewn wigs, please specify this in the order notes.

If ordering a custom coloured wig, please note that the colour of your unit may vary as each wig is custom coloured by our team. 

Every wig's longevity is unique to its wearer. While frequent use naturally accelerates wear, our quality wigs are designed for durability with proper care. Your wig's lifespan ultimately reflects your wear patterns and maintenance routine.

Processing Time:

We don't make it until you order it.

All orders placed on our website, except ready to ship items, require a 15-20 business day processing period PRIOR to shipment. This processing time is necessary for us to carefully craft and prepare your custom unit.

During sale periods, processing time can be an additional 5 days. 

Shipping Time:

• Domestic: 1-3 business days
• International: 5-7 business days (All international packages are shipped via DHL. A signature confirmation is required for all international packages.)
• When your order is shipped out you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note once your order is shipped, I am not liable for any lost/stolen/missing packages as they’re handled by local couriers and/or DHL.
